Won't return Money

I was 5 days late returning an unopened pkg. As I was out of the country. They refused to return my money. They have level 2 supervisors that tape your phone-call even though they already know that they are not going to return your money. They are trained just to aggravate you some more. This happened to me once before and they never returned my call after telling me that they would listen to a taped call in which they said they would return my money. Just stall tactics as I called over and over and they never followed up. This time I will have my TD Visa handle it instead of wasting my time and the Shopping Channel will not get away with thievery for the second time around. Everyone should have their credit card do this and perhaps it will teach them a lesson. They should be ashamed of themselves.
