Beware visonal tel-epiclear - visionlabs is ripping off hard working citizens they lie about their products and false advertise

I ordered this product for my children who are always looking for a way to help improve their battle with acne. Although, their acne is very, very minimal and this product it made it grow and expand. The free product, limited in your area for a short time. "The Zit Stops Here" wonderful thought but turns out the "The ZITS START Here". The free bottle cost me $12.95 with a cancellation made the end of the week of October 1st, to only find an unidentified withdrawal on my debit card this morning for $160.90 and then when I arrived home in the mail priority was 6 bottles of EPICLEAR.

I opened the box thinking it was my contacts and to my dismay... I immediatley called Vision Labs, they said I didn't cancel and that they would cancel me now but they couldn't do anything about the current charges and shipment. I told them they were going to cause my account to overdraft and they said that was the policy. This was Jennifer employee 343. I asked her to find my taped recording where I only requested the free trial and no other fringes or shipments we only wanted to try the product out first. She said that calls are only randomly recorded and mine wasn't. I asked for a supervisor or someone in charge above her and she told me to hold came back 3 minutes later and said that they weren't there and I would have to write. I ask for the supervisors name and she told me DE DE.

I also told her I would be reporting to this website, the Attorney General, BBB and my Attorney. I then called back to verify that my order had been canceled, again waited for over 20 minutes with a recording telling me to call back Wednesday to Thursday (today is Monday) Of course call back later and be past your date of recourse. When ROBERT answered and I asked to check if I had been cancelled from their system and he replied yes at 4:26 pm by JENNIFER 343. Then I asked him what I should do with the 7 bottles of spray that do not work just make the situation worse. He told me they do not have a quarantee policy it was my product and I could do what I wanted with it. They do not do refunds or accept product back. Then he hung up on me. I came to your site and was shocked at all the complaints. I have printed most and I am sending them with my complaint to the New York State Attorney General.

BEWARE DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP WITH THIS BOGUS COMPANY OF BAD PRODUCTS. From what I can tell they have many different products and none have a good record.
