RIPOFF No medications received No customer service contact in over 9 days

I ordered and paid for medications through this website on 09/11/04. Customer service told me to expect my order between September 30th and October 7th. Today is the 16th of October and still do not have any medications from the company. I have contacted cs@sharpmeds.com 6 times in the past 9 days and have NOT received ANY response.
An additional warning is that my order was processed as a cash advance rather than a charge so my credit card company hit me with a $5.00 fee.
The company who handles sharpmeds credit card transactions are supposedly going to reverse the charges. If they fail too I'll be writing about them next.
I will NOT do business with this company again and warn others to avoid making the same mistake.
