Biggest Rip off scam eve

I don't have a long story to tell about 20/20 Eyeglass Superstore, but I can tell you that they are great at ripping you off. I first went into this store because of listening to the radio and they even had coupons, but this glitz and glamor burned me badly though. I went into this store hoping to get a good deal on glasses 2 pairs for 149$, which seems nice until they side swiped me with all the extras that costs much more than other stores.

For example I normally go to wal-mart and get my glasses for around 200$ for everything transitions, glare scratch proof, and frames. These people had me at 200$ for just the glasses, it costs an extra 90$ for transitions, 40$ for glare proof, 30$ for scratch proof, which would have cost me a fortune. (I remember the transitions exactly because they were the only things I could afford, the other extras costed around the given price that I gave can't remember exactly, also they charge for both pairs individually so you have to pay double for two pairs.).

After feeling the after-burn of this I finally got my glasses, not having glare proof is still annoying me to death. I also thought well its same day unlike other stores which take 2-3 weeks to get your glasses in, so I said "eh not bad, maybe it was worth it".

It wasn't even two days in that one pair broke from adjusting those plastic nose grip's. Above that was a gash, where they had intentionally damaged both pairs of my glasses so that they would break from any tampering (at first I payed no attention to gash I thought it was the frames design). I took pictures and everything of the gashes on the nose support part of the frames. After arguing for about a week about how they sold me faulty frames, they fixed one pair and left the other pair with the gash (I gave them both pairs to be fixed). At first they wanted to charge me a 30$ repair fee, I said " I just brought these glasses two days ago fix them!" and they silently agreed to fix only one pair for free.

Also during all this I had to go back to my old glasses, because I couldn't wear the spare pair I brought because they also got my prescription wrong.

Seriously guys unless your rich enough to deal with 20/20 Eyeglass Superstore's problems don't go there and just deal with xxxxxxx they have 12 month guarantee which beats any coupon, side swipe, or scam that this place throws at
you.
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
