NewLookMD is a butcher shop of scalps while hiding the risks associated with hair-transplants in San Diego. Www.NewLookMD.com print ads said Dr. Garbutt is a doctor from Hollywood, when I called the sales rep told me Dr. Garbutt has done many movie stars and recovery time is very quick. The reality is Dr. Garbutt lives in San Diego and has for several years, and the recovery time took months, and forced me to go to the emergency room due to complications which were not explained to me. Dr. Garbutt does not have his own office, it's an eye doctor he sublets from, in fact, NewLookMD or the Dr. Garbutt is no where on the door or his credentials hang from the wall. Dr. Garbutt had to go between multiple patients doing the same procedure and left me for an hour or more without supervision while my scalp is opened up. The end result was a poor job, a large scar ear to ear, and still thinning hair. Do not trust NewLookMD in my opinion.
