I ordered this product and received it last week I didnt even get to try it yet and now the y have charged my account an additional 78.41. I called to cancel it today and they said I had received an Email on 9/12 confirming my order and they cant refund my money because the trial offer expired. I offered to retun the unopened product but they said it is too late and their is nothing they can do. I see online today there have been many complaints and the offer is no longer available.
