CVS Caremark quit reimbursing for out of pocket expense - prescription medication

About 9 months ago Caremark just stopped reimbursing. Every month sent paperwork as usuall and they reply it is not correct. Tried and tried to fix this. Emailed them with the issue. They state they have no claims, well your not going to have them if they get turned down now are you! Tried to call them and got the same answer. Had the insurance investigation people check them out but they state they do not cover prescription area. My hands are tied and so is my money. Cheap no good money holding. For no fixable reason company! If I could I would sue them for the changes for everyones good.
