Transitions Lenses Replaced With Cheap Coating That Failed

Sears Optical took my order for new eye glasses to include Transitions lenses. Sears Optical chose not to supply Transitions lenses, but rather supplied an inexpensive coating in its place. At two years the coating failed, I was blamed - - told body oil caused the problem - - Transitions won't be affected by body oil - - - I found out they used the inferior coating when Sears offered a new set of lenses at an inflated 1/2 price of $200.00 - - - that's what started this - - - I'm retired on fixed income and can't afford new glasses every two years.
