Trimsportweightloss.com Deceptive phone soliciting after not going through with online orde

Iwas slicited via phone after I started to order TRIMSPORT but opted out because of the expensive price but then a couple of days later I received a phone call wondering why I did not order & I told them it was because of the price. The soliciter gave me a speel saying I had 24 days to cancel, not including the 8-10 days it took to ship. I ordered on Aug. 1 & checked the mail on the 13th & was still not there.

I was notified of another $78.85 billed to my credit card on the Aug. 25. After already billing me $76.90 on Aug. So I went to the post office& it was there. When I opened it there was a letter saying I had only 14 days to cancel & 10 days forshipping (a total of 24 days altogether) It said on the letter it was only shipped on Aug 6 (not the 1st)& did not arrive at my post office untill Aug. 16, so therefore I should have had until the 30th to cancel. They used Aug. 1st as the starting of the shipping period 10 days= Aug. 10. (when I checked the mail on the 13th it still was not there).

Also I was under the impression that the 24 days to cancell was for cancelling any further shipments, not for cancelling something I received already in the first shipment that I ordered through the phone solicitation on Aug 1. I understood that what I received in the first shipment was already paid for, but not according to them - (one of the TRIMSPORT products was on a Trial basis.) & that ONE BOTTLE was the one that I was getting billed for on Aug. 1. For $78.85 If I had known that that was the case, I would have neverorderd anything. They are a deceptive bunch, eager to mislead you & good at it!!!
