Crunch Lafayette New York Cuty Crunch Gym - Manager is rude, the advertising materials are a ripoff

One day at the Car Free NYC days I was given a flyer for a free 5 day Crunch gym access. The flyer didn't have any restrictions printed, except the expiration date (a month or two from now). The same day I came to the gym with my friends. The lady on the reception said we can not use these flyers after 9pm for some reason. We talked to the manager for a couple minutes asking him to come in. Since we were with two girls - and he was very nice with them - they let us in.
We started the work out and 10 mins later the manager and some other guy who works there came up to me and said that I have to leave the gym or pay $30 if I want to stay. The reason was that I already was at the gym before (a 4-5 months ago I came to check it out and used one day free trial - didn't like it and switched to Blink - right across the street).
I had to leave my friends at the gym and go wait for them downstairs (I didn't even had a credit card with me to pay these $30 - and anyways I wouldn't).
