Do not, I repeat, do not place an order with dermstore

I'd my purchase kept for many careless reason-they couldnt show me adequately, after I named them to discover that which was happening with my purchase (per week later) they stated they'd launch the store but I had been so pissed-off I'd started trying to find my products elsewhere. I came across them for nearly half the cost on amazon and so I named dermstore back instantly - actually within 5 minutes of creating my initial phone - to ensure that I really could stop the purchase plus they DECLINED! Declaring the things had been already prepared for delivery? What??? And So I am today lumped with one of these products which are twice the cost in comparison elsewhere and that I need to delay two times as extended to get them.

Absurd! AVOID THEM. Customer support is horrible.
