UMR did shady company with my insurance policy.

I'd A Crisis Area visit with WakeMed hospital in the nights January. I'd severe vomit and wild (can't stay and stroll) and also the physician required a CT examination.

Based On my insurance policy the insurance must protect 80% ($3,647. On UMR_Med_policy, page 4), But UMR delivered mean EOB Notice on 3/29 which mentioned UMR addressing 70% of the price. That's, UMR included 10% ($456) less.

I called UMR 6 occasions in April and Could but UMR held laying and didn't alter towards the 80% coverage:

• I spoke with Charles of UMR on April 30. Charles stated WakeMed isn't in-Network so the strategy coated 70%. I told him it's not the case, the web site do display that WakeMed is in-Network.

• I spoke UMR with Shannon yet others on 5/16. These were laying having a fresh justification which was not the same as Charles. They explained that UMR included 70% is a result of it had been “Non-Accurate Emergency”. Which was completely lying. The Crisis visit was certainly introduction and that I possess the medical records.
