Unauthorized withdrawal of money. Rip-off!

I received a SPAM says FREE patches. Shipping only $2.95. I sent for it. Never clicked on anything regarding a 20 day time frame to call. I received the patches 9/3/4. They put into my bank to remove $169.95 9/16/4. I don't even have these in hand. Now I worry that I won't get my money back after reading about this here.
