Miss J Website Unsealed items. Miss J's store responded 'arrogantly' and said their attorney is reviewing the 'case' for defamation

Amongst other complains, two items were delivered unsealed and are likely to have had been used by somebody else prior to my delivery. Soon after the delivery, I tried multiple attempts to contact Miss J s store but I didnt receive a reply back. When I contacted the delivery party to report the items, Miss J's store responded 'arrogantly' and said their attorney is reviewing the 'case' for defamation.
