Criminals ripoff Falls

I too am one of the many suckers. But I got ripped by premier one and capiol first. I got my money back through the bank on capitol because he took out 3 payments. I am still waiting on premier. I did the usual, called to cancel, mailed it in.

Was promised a refund on aug 14. No refund, they said 14 business days. Notified BBB ind Idaho falls, they said hat the 17st address is a mail box etc store, and some one just comes around to sign for the returns.

I then recieve a temporary (phoney) mastercard, called them, they said disreguard it, and wait another 14 days. Last friday I got a call from them saying the whole$179, no $29 service charge taken out as they said before would be credited back to my account in 3 days. Of course it wasn't but when i called them they said allow 3-5 business days.

If you gave them money, and it hasn't been 60 days, call your bank. They will reverse the funds back if you tell you got scammed. They are not an authorized MC issuer. But call everybody BBB, and FBI in Waco (their real office) FTC, AG, whoever, just keep the pressure on.
