Ripped off $79. For useless item without my knowlege

Almost two month ago I ordered All Natural O24 Pain management Spray and towelettes for 19.99. I thought this was a one deal purchase just as if I would have went to the store and bought it.

Well, I get home today with a box in the mail with more of this stuff and a statement stating they deducted $79.00 from my account. I did not order this, so I called the number on the statement, and was told that I had agreed to to the terms. I do not recall reading any terms or agreeing to anymore shipments. If I would have read something like this, I would have never agreed to it. No one in their right mind would pay $79.00 for something that doesn't work any better than the same type of stuff that you can get $1.99.

I told them I wanted a pre-paid postage sticker sent to me and my money put back into my account ASAP. The rep. I talked to said I would have to pay the postage and it would take 14 to 17 days for the $79.00 to get back into my account. Needless to say, I was very upset as this messes up my account because I did not account for this money to be taken out for this.

The rep. Also said that they could put half of the money into my account within an hour and I could keep the product, but to me it is not even worth that. He also kept repeating that I agreed to the terms. I have read that other people have also been scammed by this company. BEWARE! I will not order anything like this online again and NEVER give my account number out. It's too bad that a company like this has to ruin it for other legitimate companies.

Now I have to pay shipping on something I did not want and I won't get my money back for at least two weeks. What a lovely way to end the week!!
