Amanda Comparato Regional Manager of CVS
Racist hiring and refusal of service

I am a Pharmacy student who has applied many times to CVS for an intern position.
Every time this same lady rejects my application the very next day with out reason. I wonder why?
Is it because I am of a different racial background? The fact that she doesn't even bother to read my resume makes me furious. I have also heard of many minority students application being rejected. All the students (That I know of) that were accepted "just happen" to be white when she is in charge.
When I asked her why, she never answered my question and hastily sends a random reply.
I have also speaked to some of her customers who happen to be minorities and they say that her attitude towards them is really unprofessional. One of them mentions that she brought a coupon and the tech was about to swipe it but Amanda refused to accept the coupon but according to her, Amanda didn't fuss about another caucasian customer's coupon. The incident is only what I heard and I do not know the full details.
All in all, the CVS New Jersey regional manager has been very rude condescending and made me feel worthless. I urge if any CVS manager is reading this to replace Amanda with someone who is a more fair evaluator with out racial bias. Actually, it is a pain to go through regional managers. The whole concept is flawed. If you go on student doctor network, you will see horror stories of applications being ignored/lost. Please just allow the individual pharmacists in the stores to decide. I don't believe most of these "regional managers" with a "communications major" to be more qualified than a pharmacist. Shouldn't a "Pharmacist" know how to hire a "pharmacy intern" more than a "regional manager with a communications major?"
