CVS Caremark
Rude employees

The company I retired from was bought out by another company so my prescription coverage switched from Medco to CVS Caremark. I hate CVS because they are rude and really seem to not care whether they help you or not. It is the same problem dealing with the local pharmacy as well as mail order. The companies that contract with CVS do so to come out as cheap as possible on benefits and it shows because CVS gives next to no service. They are in it for the money only. If you are with Medco for prescription coverage, count your lucky stars.
