CVS Caremark
Screwed

My company changed mail order venders in January and I was introduced to CVS Caremark. OMG - what a mess. I really have no words to describe the shoddy customer service. They actually took money from my MC without my authorization for medications that are covered by Medicare B... I have filed complaints with Health and Human Services and the State Attorney General Office. My husband needs immunosuppresent meds due to a kidney transplant - CVS could care less. It has been a nightmare. I will pursue whatever avenues I can even if it means paying for legal help. This is so very sad... They make billions of dollars and as for us, the customers, wer're screwed.
