In 02, I ordered the Slim patch and was charged $82.00 fro the product, which was immediately taken out of my account. I continued to check with the company to see what the status of my product was.in March they responded to my email and said that they were back-logged on orders and that I would receive the product by April. April came and went & I received nothing. It wasn't until I threatened to file charges for fraud that they even responded to my emails.in May they assured me that my refund was being processed and that I would receive the refund within 10 busness days. Again, nothing! On 6/7, I again sent them an email stating that if I did not receive my refund I was going to pursue the fraud charges and that is currently what I am in the process of doing. As of May, the company would not even respond to my emails, so at this point I have no other choice than to pursue the charges and file a police report. It is disgusting to me how they treat customers and at this point I don't really even know if the company is even ligitamate. It has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience!
