Continually and repeatedly receiving bills from this company that I know nothing AT ALL about-continue to refuse mail to no AVAIL!

Billpay tries to take money out of my CLOSED account to cover checks instead taking money out of my OPEN account. They then send the checks back to the doctor's offices they had been written to thus causing me to be charged for each returned check
