I am starting a mobile spray tanning business. So of course I'm doing research and reading everything I can read. I find out it is very important to get certified and find The American Tanning Institute referenced on many sites as well as organically in the search engines. Unfortunately I should have checked the BBB before I purchased the certification program, because I would have seen a score of F for the exact same ripoff I'm reporting.

Pretty much the site works, and can take payments fine, however, they don't deliver anything. They never sent me my certification certificate, the support number is disconnected, the help desk is never responded to, any emails associated with the website bounce back. It is a total scam.

Stay away from this business and do not purchase anything on their website, as it will just be like throwing money down the drain.
