Providers in their search engine don't accept and have never heard of this insurance

I received a call from Pacific Health Benefits offering discounted insurance for $49.95 a month. They asked for my name and wanted to know if I had a checking/savings account. I asked for their website address and told them I would look on their website and call them back. I used their website to search for providers in my area (MA) which came up with 5 providers.
The first provider I called said they don't accept that insurance and have never heard of them. The same with the second provider I called. Seems to me this insurance company is not legit and I wouldn't risk giving these people your credit card number.
