Ripoff placed an order on 3/3/04 for arthrocor, called 8 times and never received a call back or my order which i paid for

I placed an order on 3/3/04. They never sent me the merchandise after 8 calls. They said someone would call me from customer service. I am still waiting. They took my money and no product was recieved.
