Ignorance of pharmacy

I've a criticism concerning the encounter I'd in the walgreens drugstore that will be situated in the part of Irving playground Street and Kedzie Ave.

I waited 25 units for just two moment prescription re fill. I product refill.

Your team is very ignorant and there's no such customer support. These folks they simply talk to one another, they're not really hectic or in-rush hour. However they are also ignorant to simply raise their head-up only a little and have clients:

-hello may I assist you to

- friend for what've you been awaiting?

I gave my prescription I simply waited there for around 30 minutes. Obviously I will not observe behind the cashier and determine if my medication is prepared or not. They dont actually care to declare the client s title or provide easy indication. They simply place the document bags by themselves table which people cant notice. And so I kept waiting. Lastly I chose to ask what occurred, why do I delay such a long time? I had been so pissed I simply needed my prescription and keep. You know what? They dropped my prescription and so I needed to watch for another interval until they think it is. Not one apology not one Im sorry. Same -whatever.- perspective.

Why this type of person therefore unaware to boost their encounters and appear in the client and talk to them? What's using the perspective! This isn't that which you promote about the Television

Please view the camera documents since I understand that they can merely refuse and blame me like a challenging/tough client to cope with. Please view the oriental pharmacist while I stay there and watch for my medication (that was currently prepared ages ago).

Never again walgreens, atleast they provide customer support at cvs!
