Delta Dental don't settled expenses owed to Dr. Clarke's office

My partner and that I both had work completed at Dr. Clarkeis dentist office last year. Never had an issue with Delta Dental spending. This time around last year, they did not spend and not answered to some of my calls or emails. They informed the dentist office they shipped me the inspections. I never received any inspections. I never ceased spending my rates, they come straight out-of my pension check. Before I retired, they arrived straight out-of my salary. Everytime I received inspections for prior providers, I got them direcly towards the dentist office and closed them over.
