JThe company does not live up to the procedures that are supposed to be offered in their book of procedures

Delta has contracted with a dentist, Arcadia Dental Center, supposed to live up to the dental contract I have with them. First off I need a crown. The dental office only offers one of the most expensive crowns and I just want a metal crown which is the cheapest. Delta Care says that is all they have to offer they don't have to offer the cheap crown even though it is in their book of procedures.

The so called insurance does not answer calls all they have done is blown me off. If you go to a car lot and they have a 100 dollar car you say you want it but they say they can only sell you the 1000 dollar car, is this the way business is done nowadays? I asked Delta to offer me a dentist that will perform this procedure with the full metal crown. They don't. It's obvious they don't live up to the procedures in their book of dental procedures that are in my contract.

I have fought this since January. I am at my wits end. Do the dentists dictate to the insurance company even though I am the one paying the premiums. The dentist will not even do a teeth cleaning for me or my family. They always come up with you need other things done. I have tried for 2 years. I have told Delta this and they don't care. When is enough enough? Delta Care is worthless!!!
