Ripoff

I was unable to get anyone on the telephone to cancel order before the first 60 day order. I wrote a letter on 8/10/04 to make sure order was canceled. On 8/18/04 $140.00 $64.00 overdraft fee was taken out of my checking account. I am going to attempt to have fees removed and I am still trying to contact them. But no answer.
