Rip-off! They gave us a fake e-mail address for cancelling

We continue to receive and be billed for products we only ordered once. When we tried to cacell using the email address sales@rightchoicelaboratoies.com it came back as an invalid address. When we called # on credit card bill it wasn't even Nep Products. What do we do now?
