Wela - Slimberry
Illegally debited unauthorised multiple amounts from my bank account. Believing Wela had made a mistake I contacted them for explanation and full refund. They ignored my requests and continued drawi

On hearing about a slimming product 'Slimberry' I decided to google search this product. One such search result page invited people to try this product for 'free' asking merely $4.95 towards shipping costs. Foolishly I decided to try this product. I promptly paid by credit card online, no product arrived.

Since I had only lost $4.95 it was hardly worth per suing. But then 4 weeks later I noticed $76.90 had been debited by a different company trading as Wela LLC. When I contacted the original Merchant Administration Officer, they informed me Wela LLC had processed that payment, not them [Focal Payments.]

Focal Payments advised me to contact emily@wela.com for a refund, which of course I did and which of course, they ignored. Since then, April 30th, I have attempted to telephone the company and sent numerous emails. I also sent them a stern email requesting that they deduct no further payments from my bank account. Two days later this company had the audacity to take a further $77 from my account.

I have now been forced to cancel my card and close my bank account, which has caused me grave inconvenience. Not to mention Wela's arrogance by not having the common courtesy to acknowledge and/or reply to my emails. But then, I have serious doubts this is a legitimate company, and clearly out to rip as many people off as possible.

Avoid Wela at all costs.
