This company is sooooo bogus! Two minutes after I canceled my subscription they sent me an email confirming my purchase to be shipped out. After two weeks of using this product my face broke out and I called to complain and cancel, but they still charged me $99. I immediately called again to complain, but they insisted that I never called to cancel and their automated cancellation system is 100% error proof. They continued to tell me that I was responsible for the charge per the agreement until I threatened to call my bank to report them. The representative immediately offered to stop the shipment as a curtsey, but if he cant stop it I will have take it as a loss. Never again!!!
