They sent me the wrong orde

They sent me the incorrect order. After I delivered back the incorrect products, they declined to delivered me the best items or talk to me. Problems weren't solved with my many telephone calls; these were increased. I had been stone walled. Our emails weren't responded.

I posted a towards the Better Business Office, that will be simply down the stop from their store, plus they are not really a person in. BBB reverted the company did not react to their recurring request.

I'd to contact my charge card organization to challenge the costs, simply to discover that they'd ultimately acknowledged back my bill - after almost 2 weeks. And, not really a single-word from their website.
