Ripped me off with a product does not work. And won't return my money

On facebook is a box to click so you can receive two free samples of two products to make wrinkles disappear. They do not work. Plus you pay a shipping fee which is reasonable, then belisi company sents you more product after they take your money from your account. When you call to correct this they tell you they will email you a letter to fill out and return with product, but they never send you the letter. When you call again they tell you it is to late to have your money returned. Their product does not work so don't be fooled
