False promises ripoff deceptive company

Single Momz Magazine requested a sample product from my company to use in a feature article for their on-line magazine.

I sent the product along with a letter stating that I was resquesting the return of the sample. I also included a pre-paid shipping label for the return of my product. The letter also stated that if the item was not returned then a charge for the cost of the product would incur.

I contacted Feona Huff and she assured me that the product was going to be returned. I have not received the product and her account is now past due. She is ignoring my e-mails and I can not reach her by phone as the number is just a fax number. She has had my merchandise since 11/14/01, it is now 6 months. I am out the cost of the product as well as the pre-paid shipping lable. She is fraudulently obtaining "free" samples for her company.
