CVS Caremark is easiliy the worst insurance company I have ever delt with and that's saying a lot. Apparently you are paying money to jump through the hoops they throw at you to get the proper coverage. Need a particular drug? Well I'm sure it wont be covered and you have to use some other cheap version they require so they save cost. Need customer service? Good luck with that. This company is the epitome of what is wrong with our country and the health insurance industry. Cost savings at the expense of your health. Why even pay for their garbage service when they force you to pay full cost for the medicine prescribed by your doctor.
