Akimbo rude! Changed my booking, bad service

He was very confusing as to when my booking was then changed my appointment last second! I showed up and he was not there!!!

After all that he refused to postpone my appointment and billed me for the session even though It was 23.5 hrs b4 the booking! When i called, he hung up on me TWICE! Wouldn't let me talk! He seems very rude & hard to deal with. Has no means for customer service!

I'm pretty close to where he lives & i could have been a loyal customer coming to him often, but there is no chance of that now, i will definitely repeat this story to my large community here.
