Ripoff charge for product after canceled

After learning that the product upset my stomach I called the company to cancel my order. The order was not canceled and convienently they had no record of my call. They charged me and when I called to say I had already canceled was told they had no record and in order to get my money back would have to get a Doctor's note Faxed to them. It would then be two weeks before the refund would come through.
