Has no compassion in

I am completely appalled by Gold's Gym. I went in and signed up for the "Drop Your Pants" challenge, only a few days later my Grandma entered a month long battle for her life, ending in her death. During that time, I went in to cancel the contract so I wouldn't be charged because I knew I wouldn't be able to make it to the gym. They said I would need to call corporate. I did, EVERY number available goes straight to a voicemail system. When someone named Heather called me back, she said there was nothing they could do.

I told her to talk with a manager and I wanted her direct line. She gave me a number. Later, she called back and left a voicemail on my phone saying there was nothing they could do and I will owe them another $200.00 on top of what I already paid to cancel the contract. I called the number back and it went straight into their voicemail system. Everyone I speak with gives me the run around. The trainer I had didn't even know this was going on and called to try and set up a meeting. THey have absolutely no compassion for their customers. Do NOT sign up with them! They are money grubbing jerks.
