Berkely-lifekey rip-off!

I ordered the free trial and was charge 4.50 for shipping. This was july 11 and as of aug 5 was posted to my account 69.95. I called to cancel this and they told me no that i needed a note from doctor. I informmed them i was moving back to switzerland for health reasons and they said need doctor to send them letter stating do not take this medi. With other s i take

Also they told me shipment was already shipped and if i sent it back they will return it to me again and when next 3months is ready to go they will send that and charge my account again. This is a ripoff as in the ad says cancel anytime.
