Enzyte - ripoff unauthorized charges to bank account

Please excuse any misspellings and what-not... I am #%^@ mad as hell.

My account was just charged $70.00 for their (read; lifekey Inc) managed care direct program, which I never athouthorized. Although the chrges have not gone through yet, when I called to cancel thinking that it had not been shipped since they had not been paid, I was told that it had been shipped today. Wow, how nice for them.

Their web site state, and I quote;
"Your credit card will be billed the Managed Care price of only $70.00 on the day product is shipped, unless you cancel before the date of shipment.

There is no obligation to remain on Managed Care Direct, and you can discontinue at any time. There are no refunds for orders once shipped."

Though, like the slithering worms they are, they have set this scam up so they are, more or less, free of responsiblities, this just futher proves that they KNOW they are going to be able to scam people, and have taken the needed precautions to get away with it.

Most ordinary buisness will not chance a charge being denied by a bank and therefore will not ship until payment has been processed, since that money is still technically in my account I know they have not yet gotten it.

They realized that by shipping the day it is charged, or saying the it product has been shipped, they will cheat most people out of at least one $70 charge.

F*cking slimey leaches, feeding off those of us who still think that companies aren't always trying to screw us over every chance they get...
