NEFFUL Japan NEFFUL cheating & rip off people by selling fake Medical cloth!

I am 50 yrs old with a diabetes, my chinese friend told me about company called nefful, that they sell medical cloth like gloves and socks, she put me in touch with a chinese guy named Gary Chang he is one of the company's representative. He sold me cloth for 200 dollars and said he will send the receipt with my friend which is he never did, also he promised that the medical cloth will work very well, and i did not feel any improvement, it's just a normal 5 dollar socks, its fake and not medical at all.

I called him to return it back as he promised to take it if does not work, but he refused to give me my money back and said no return policy, i called the company in california they told me that their representative is working for the branch in japan. I do not know what to do i just need my money back.
