Chg. D my acct with $149.83 for nothing. Said I OK'd their agreement. Sent me a copy of a 11 page agreement via e-mail I supposedly ok'd. Never saw that

Ordered "Free Trial" of Lipotrim and Body Cleanser. They overcharged my account for the shipping fee. I overlooked that. Tried their product, didn't like it and I thought that was the end until I saw I was charged $149.83 from them. I contacted the company and I was informed that I checked the box and agreed to their terms. They were, I had two weeks to try the product and if I did not want it to return it without furthur obligation. Did not see that when I ordered the product. I wanted them to credit my account and they said that legally I was responsible for that amount and that they would cancel my account for the future. Gave me a cancellation #. Does that mean that I would have been charged each month for something I did not receive? I have not received any merchandise for the above charge. After complaining and telling them that I would contact my lawyer to dispute this charge, I received an eleven page "agreement" via e-mail, that I supposedly checked. I have not read the whole thing. Be informed, If I had to read an eleven page "agreement" I would have stopped right there. This is a big scam. I have contacted my bank and will fill out necessary paperwork to stop payment to this organization.
