Wal-Mart
Nothing, but problems

I had been in the Wal Mart Vision Ctr.in Addison, IL. On 9/19 around 12 noon. I desired fresh attention patches for my spectacles. I offered my spectacles towards the guy performing. He explained he'd look after it. He offered me the spectacles in 15 minute. After I got home my nose was reddish in the spectacles grabbing my nose. I also had a frustration therefore my perspective endured.

On 9/20 around 830 A.M. I named my normal attention doctor. I described my issue. He explained in the future over. I did so. He observed the issue immediately. He mentioned that whoever set the attention patches on had HOOK THEM UP TO BACKWARDS!!! I had been annoyed.

On 9/20 around 2 P.M. I delivered towards the shop. I talked with another guy. I told him what occurred on 9/19. I requested to consult with the store-manager. He wasn't in, therefore the guy offered me his card.

On 9/21 around 10 A.M. I called the shop. I requested to consult with the store-manager by title. He mentioned I’m talking to him. I described the account. I told him what my eye-doctor had mentioned. The store-manager mentioned that these eye patches are REVERSIBLE, to ensure that might of been the issue. It wasn't the case. THERE'S NO WAY THEY MAY BE since once my document set me with fresh attention patches my issue was solved.

Also, I mentioned he shouldn't have somebody employed by him that doesn't understand how what they’re performing particularly because the man’s business-card stated he was a “BOARD LICENSED OPTICIAN”. I requested he exchange this the person who produced this issue. Then I observed the manager’s speech transformed to some condescending tone.

Used to do not feel assured he'd tackle the issue towards the correct person. I will also contact the store-manager to be certain he's conscious.
