Craig&cortes did not deliver on priducts ordered, NEVER responded to calls and emails

I placed an order with bodycooler.com and was informed on their website that my package would be shipped in less than 3 days, and gave me a link to track my order. I never could track my order. TWO weeks later i called them and was told that someone would get back to me right away, i never received a call back. One week after that i sent an email, again, no response. Another week after that i filed a claim against them with my credit card company. The customer service i have experience in dealing with this company is an all time low for me. I found my product on another website, and it was delivered within 7 days.
