Gymx won't stop debiting my bank account

Almost years ago, I signed a membership with the Waco GymX. Contracts states 30 notice if I want to terminate. One yer later, I saw the person at the front desk and signed the necessary paper to stop membership. The employee told me to expect one more debit, in accordance with the 30 day notice. That was almost a year ago now, and they are still debiting my bank acct. Emails have not been answered and people at front desk are useless.

I believe the people who own GymX have left the planet. From the begining, I could see that nothing was ever repaired: a broken machine, cracked mirror, water dripping from ceiling, and the list goes on. Am at a loss to make the debits stop, because if I ask my bank not to honor the debit requests, then GymX will report poor credit to the bureau. Which devil do I want?
