Dont trust what is told over the telephone

This is a warning to all members of ABW! I relocated out of state, called to pay a balance and was informed over the phone account was cancelled per required notice period. Was not instructed to send a letter via snail mail, ABW does not use a street address so no way to track delivery anyway!

Of course, another payment shows up against my account, and it's the typical health club scam all over again! Fileing compaints with FTC, Utah CPD, BBB and writing every politician I can find in the area. I urge ALL who have had similar experiences to file with the FTC for deceptive business practices!
