Mr. Shipley runs the naval warfare center and has access to every person who has EVER graduated from buds training. Mr. Shipley has dedicated his life to expose fakers and people who claim to be navy seals. There is no record of him, period. He also claimed to be in the army, the Marines, and the navy. I plan on contacting the proper authorities regarding this matter, for its a felony under the stolen valor act. This man is cheat, a bold face liar, a con artist, a womanizer, and a man that lacks any moral compass whatsoever. Just like another reviewer said, go to Maricopa.
