If you need your feet completed, you are better-off coming your NOSE. This exercise is terrible particularly the unattractive Assistant who might blew a blood-vessel in her eyes of her degree of nastiness. Really, very, very, did I-say 'REALLY'? Unpleasant exercise! Customer Support in the beginning is terrible. Why could anybody need any support out of this exercise once they can't-get you after dark door.
