Took money out of my checking account

I placed an order for Tramadol on BuyTramadolOnline.net on 3/19. I was sent an email shortly afterwards from someone at this site requesting that I fill out an ACH form and fax it back to them along with a copy of my drivers licence. I did as requested and on 3/23 the ACH went thru for $123.90. I called their customer assistance number everyday (866-441-3579) asking for my medication but the only response I would get was that the billing department was verifying my information. Finally after waiting for eight days and still no medication I called and cancelled my order and requested my money back. Much to my surprise they denied taking any money out of my account even though I have records that show they have. I continue to contact them via phone and email asking for my money back but they admit no wrongdoing.
