Thefreshdiet.com Bad Food and even WORST customer service. Nothing "gourmet" or special about this RIPPOFF

They bill themselves as "gourmet" food delivered "fresh" to your door and you can safely lose weight without hassle and bad food or hunger. Nothing is farther from the truth. I wanted to give them a try so I signed up online. They dupe you into "committing" to a full month of their service before the first morsel arrives... AND WITH GOOD REASON! Their "hand delivery service" is known more commonly as FEDEX. Their institutionalized food is poor quality and quality and usually arrives in total chaos thanks to their use of Fedex (I have YET to have a box even be dropped on my porch in the hot GA sun RIGHT-Side UP. So needless to say I was not happy with the first few days. SO I called to cancel. Their customer service folks are there to tell you NO. They said since I signed up online I was committed to a full month with no options for cancelling and they didn't care if I hated the food or felt deceived. True to form the boxes of trash from them kept arriving (and being put in the dumpster where it belongs... I wouldn't wish their food on a homeless person). AVOID THIS RIPOFF and uncaring company... Whose "Master Chef" should be ashamed.
